Account Deletion Request

Instructions for deleting your Tap-It account

At Tap-It, we give you full control over your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our application and want to permanently delete your account, please follow the instructions below.

Warning: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your profile information, settings, and associated data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

Method 1: Delete from within the App (Recommended)

You can instantly delete your account directly from the Tap-It app:

  1. Open the Tap-It app and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings or Account screen.
  3. Tap on Privacy & Security (if applicable).
  4. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

  1. Send an email to admin@aitra.org from the email address associated with your Tap-It account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
  3. In the body of the email, state that you would like your account and all associated data permanently deleted.

Please note: Email requests may take up to 7-14 business days to process. We may ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.
